The pump wheel and turbine of the coupler accessories make up a closed working chamber that can make the liquid circulate. The pump wheel is mounted on the input shaft and the turbine is mounted on the output shaft. When the engine (internal combustion engine, motor and so on) drives the input shaft to rotate, the liquid is flung out by the centrifugal pump wheel.
