Seven factors to troubleshoot the maintenance and operation of the coupler:
Element 1, speed regulating hydraulic coupler is equipped with electric actuator, through manual. The speed range of the factor 3 and the speed regulating hydraulic coupler is different with the working machine. Matching with centrifugal machine, speed range 1-1/5, matching with constant torque machine, speed range 1-1/3.
Factor 4, speed regulating fluid coupler and centrifugal machine match, the maximum heating rate is at i=0.66 speed, the maximum power loss is about 15% of the rated power of motor. Therefore, in use, we should try to avoid long-term work in the vicinity of the maximum hot spot.
Factor 5, constant torque mechanically equipped speed adjustable coupler, speed ratio I equal to efficiency, that is, the greater the speed of speed, the greater the loss power, the greater the heat. Therefore, the speed regulating hydraulic coupler with constant torque mechanical distribution should not be too large, especially it can not work at a large speed ratio for a long time.
Factor 6, when the output speed of the speed regulating fluid coupling is very low, that is, when the position of the pipe is close to 0%, it may appear in the normal working range. This is due to the "whistle effect" produced by the meeting of the outlet of the outlet of the conduit and the outer edge of the pump wheel. In this case, as long as the position of the catheter can be lifted slightly improve, does not belong to the coupling fault.
Factor 7, in operation, it should be checked at any time to check whether the oil temperature and oil pressure of the speed hydraulic coupler are normal. It is found that abnormal reasons should be found and eliminated in time.
